Fuenzalida Propiedades has been leading the real estate market for more than half a century in Chile. Mr. Osvaldo Fuenzalida Dublé is the President of the company, and without any doubt, he has built more square meters of real estate construction than anyone else in Chile. He has participated in more than 2,000 real estate projects in the country.

Our history begins in 1948 when Mr. Osvaldo Fuenzalida Correa, together with his son Osvaldo, created the company San Martín Real Estate. Mr. Fuenzalida Duble then worked as a lawyer, as an employee and as exclusive salesman. This is how the activity of Fuenzalida Propiedades started. Several decades ago Mr. Osvaldo Fuenzalida Dublé incorporated his brothers and current partners, Carlos and Víctor Fuenzalida Dublé to the company.

As time gone on, as demands grow and the market diversifies, Fuenzalida Propiedades has expanded its offices in order to provide wide coverage in populated areas and adequate service to all its customers.
